Babylonstoren is one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms in Western Cape, South Africa. Klaas Stoffberg is the current winemaker and bottled the estate's first wines in 2011. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, their Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich dark berry and cherry notes, followed by notes of graphite, bramble, cocoa and sweet cedar.
